Our commitment
Mauris Labs treats submitted project briefs, uploaded files, business information, product ideas, designs, references and technical requirements as confidential project information. We use reasonable care when reviewing and handling this information.
How we use submitted information
Submitted information may be used to review your request, prepare a proposal or estimate, create an internal project brief, generate an Agent Package for internal Mauris Labs operators, and build, test, deploy or support the project if you decide to proceed.
What we do not do
Mauris Labs does not sell submitted project information, publish it without permission, use submitted ideas to build a competing product for itself, or claim ownership of client-provided business ideas, files, brand assets, copy, media or confidential materials.
Service providers and tools
Mauris Labs may use trusted tools and providers for hosting, storage, email, payments, analytics, AI-assisted internal planning, development and deployment. This can include hosting providers, storage providers, payment processors, email providers, development tools and AI-assisted coding or planning tools. Access is limited to what is needed to process, review, build or support the project.
AI-assisted internal workflow
Mauris Labs may use AI-assisted tools internally to summarize briefs, prepare build plans, generate task lists, draft code and support development. These tools are internal assistants; Mauris Labs remains responsible for human review and quality control. Client information should not be shared publicly. Highly sensitive information should only be shared after a formal NDA if your company requires one.
Ownership
Clients keep ownership of their pre-existing materials. Project ownership, licensing and handoff terms are defined in the proposal, invoice, contract or handoff agreement. Until a project is formally agreed, submitted information is used only for review and proposal purposes.
Formal NDA
If your company requires a separate NDA, please contact Mauris Labs before sending highly sensitive information. We can review and sign a separate NDA where appropriate.
Data deletion requests
You can request deletion of submitted information by contacting Mauris Labs. Some records may need to be retained for legal, billing, security or operational reasons.
